What is the Leadership Programme?
It is a programme that focuses on helping businesses in the North of Tyne area to grow, through the development of them and their team.
Delegates are supported through some essential elements of leadership to help take staff forward in a positive and productive way. TEDCO CEO James Craft says:
“As a business support organisation, we often hear from founders that they’d benefit from guidance on leadership, especially in light of taking on new staff. So we’ve allocated resources to a short programme which will address all those common questions, and more importantly which will develop the confidence of those businesses.

Who is Alan Dodsworth?
Alan (pictured) is a multi channel commercial operator with 20+ years senior leadership experience growing turnover and profitability across various routes to markets and channels.
Alan has had exposure to challenging trading environments including business expansion, acquisitions, transformation and turnaround, brand repositioning, and supporting new product launches and incremental revenue streams.
