Start and Grow UK
Start and Grow UK is a consortium of the UK’s best enterprise agencies and delivered in areas with lower levels of business start-up.
As a member of this consortium we are not only able to deliver a proven and highly valued service to the people of the North East that is supported by the Regional Growth Fund but also leverage the benefits of national collaboration with other agencies.
South Tyneside Council
We partner with South Tyneside Council to deliver the Start Up South Tyneside services to residents of South Tyneside.
This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
North of Tyne Mayoral Strategic Authority
North East Mayor Kim McGuinness heads the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority (North East MSA) serving an area of 2.2 million people including County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside,

Newcastle University
Working with students and recent graduates (within 3yrs) to start and grow their business, exploring the legal elements, route to market and financial aspects of business. Working alongside the START UP team and wider careers service to provide opportunities for innovation, social and cultural impact financial investment.
